Research rules
These settings drive the daily discovery run and the qualification threshold.
UK coverage
Areas are mined until they stop producing — a pass that finds new venues keeps the area in progress; only a barren pass rests it.
Empty (the default) means nationwide even rotation across every active postcode area.
What to look for
Site types the discovery job searches for in each area.
Qualification thresholds
Anything scoring below the minimum is parked automatically.
Score weighting
How the 100 available points are split across the five scored criteria. Site type, operator profile and investment trigger are still captured on every lead sheet but no longer earn points.
Changing the weighting automatically re-scores every lead from its stored research — no AI and no new external lookups are used.

The morning discovery run.
Data sources
Each source goes live automatically once its key is added. Until then it uses sample data.
Deleted venues
Leads deleted from the research queue. They are blocked from future research runs until un-blocked.
